BSoD on brand new Lenovo Laptop Windows 10 - Help / BSoD auf neuem Lenovo Laptop Windows 10...

Ich habe einen brandneuen Lenovo Laptop ideapad 110 mit Windows 10 der seit Inbetriebnahme am 24.12 bereits mehrfach mit BSoD abgestürzt ist. Die Stillstandcodes sind verschieden, mal “MEMORY MANAGEMENT”, “KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE”, “IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL”, “SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION”. Sowie andere, von denen ich nicht schnell genug Fotos machen konnte. Ich habe bereits alle Windows Updates installiert, sowie Lenovo hardware updates, inklusive einem Bios update - jedoch sind danach weitere BSoD passiert.



Die BSoD schienen nicht bei Benutzung bestimmter Programme, sondern scheinbar einfach so aus heiterem Himmel. Mal während Benutzung von Word (Office 365), mal während dem Internetsurfen mit dem Edge Browser.



Ich habe sämtliche DMP Dateien unter https://we.tl/FQgylpNIuN hochgeladen.



Ich habe auch schon mehrere Stunden die Fehlermeldungen im Internet recherchiert, konnte aber leider keine hilfreichen Lösungen finden. Ich hoffe dass eventuell hier jemand weiterhelfen kann.

I purchased a brand new Lenovo ideapad 110 with Windows 10 pre-installed. Since first setting it up on Dec 24 it has crashed multiple times already with BSoD. The error codes are various: “MEMORY MANAGEMENT”, “KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE”, “IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL”, “SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION”. As well as others that I couldn’t photograph quickly enough with my phone. I’ve run all Windows updates as well as the Lenovo hardware updates, including a BIOS update to the latest firmware - the BSoD still occur.



I can’t point my finger at any particular program or process I was using when they happened - mostly they occurred seemingly at random, while using Word (Office 365) or simply browsing the web using Edge.

I’ve already spent hours searching online for solutions, but sadly couldn’t really find anything helpful. So here is me asking this forum for ideas and suggestions - as you can imagine I’m pretty disappointed and if I can’t resolve the problem will be forced to return the machine. Hope there is somebody that could provide some advice.
