M5A78L-M /USB3 with windows 10 - BSOD randomly

Hello community, i googled for a damn long time but i just cant seem to find any solution for my problem, which certainly is very complicated.

My specs:

CPU:AMD FX 6100
GPU: Nvidia GTX 560Ti
Mainboard: Asus M5A78L-M USB3.0 support
OS Harddrive: samsung Evo 840 120gb

My problem is pretty weird, and im trying to install Windows 10 on that SSD using the upgrade function. I did so successfully already, but i got random BSOD's when doing stuff - nothing precise. those crashes were random at most.

I analyzed the minidumps, and the error seemed to be at AMDXATA.sys, certainly a AHCI / raid driver which was still left over from my windows 7 installation.

googling that amdxata.sys error, i though: yolo, uninstall it and let windows use the MSAHCI drivers - whoops, the OS wouldnt load anymore. decided to roll back to windows 7 and try it all again, with YOUR HELP! (please senpais)

All the needed chipset drivers for windows 7 64bit seem to be listed on the asus page, there are just absolutely NONE for windows 10! so how can i be able to fix that stupid outdated amd driver and run windows 10 without bsod's?

I appreciate any help.

EDIT: yup, the sfc scannow didnt find anything corrupt. My bios was set to AHCI on windows 10.
If i set it to AHCI now, it wont detect my SSD. reason for that will be that i didnt install the drivers yet, ALTHOUGH THEY ARE FOUND IN THE DRIVERS FOLDER. wtf
