    but nslookup is providing the right IP for FQDN



    can not map a network share via FQDN


    fluhsed DNS already

    We still can't identify what could be the possible causes of this issue. For us to gain a better grasp of your concern, we need to gather the following information:

    • Is this the first time you experience this error? If yes, have you made any recent changes to your computer prior to the issue?

    • Is it an internal or a public domain?

    I check the CSC and phone information through Samsung Diagnosis (.#1234#), there are all empty. CSC is empty.

    Perhaps with these empty information, the update can not proceed properly? what do you think?

    Now the Developer Preview states that it has been installed, but I can not see it any more as one of the installed app.

    I can not uninstall "Developer Preview" to try to install it again to e.g. to modify the registry.
