Outlook (Contacts) Sync since Tues. 05.12.2017

On my 950xl I have the latest version of windows phone installed.

I have two e-mail accounts linked to the phone- my primary is my "Hotmail" (live) account (which uses the same E-Mail address as the Corporate account) and my secondary is my company corporate account.

Since Tuesday, I have no access to my corporate Contacts on my windows phone - my contacts is almost empty (I have one contact left (?)) on my Phone. (O365) and from my PC all my contacts are still available.

I can try to synchronise my corporate account on my phone as much as I like, E-Mail is current and my "one calendar" is also current and synchronising normally.

If I go to "Settings" in Contacts, I am shown my two accounts - the primary (top on ein the list) as "Hotmail" with a yellow message "Action erforderlich" (Action required). My Corporate account (Mail and Calendar) has no warning and appears to have no issue.

If I select the Hotmail account, it tells me that a problem has occurred and "m.hotmail.com" can't currently be synchronised. (blah, blah, blah) 0x85010014.

I can logon to the "Hotmail" (Live) account without an issue from a PC, but I can't get to outlook.live.com with the "Hotmail" account. I get the following messages:

I know that this sounds strange, but I have the feeling that my Corporate Contacts sync is being blocked by a problem with my "Hotmail" account. Is anyone experiencing the same problem? Can anyone tell me what is going on, or how I might resolve the issue with my "Hotmail" account? If it's the "primary" (my phone is listed as a linked device in Live) can I delete / recreate the Account without screwing the unit up? (However, judging by the problem with Outlook.live.comit seems to be "Live" Problem...
