Share Setuperr.log and Setupact.log named from

C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback\

and

C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther

You can open the folder by typing the path in Run or showing hidden files and viewing through explorer.

Please uninstall NetGroup Packet Filter Driver (devolo) and IObit System care and please attempt again manually.

The fastest way to get the upgrade is through Media creation tool or ISO file.

Please download Media Creation Tool from the link below and select Upgrade this PC at the first screen.

But I can't find the Netgroup Packet Filter Driver (devolo). So I have uninstalled the app devolo. I can't find the IObit System care. I know that I had it earlier (it is uninstalled).

So now I will try an upgrade with Media creation tool.

Firefox hat auch ein Update erhalten, um bei Windows 10 1803 richtig funktionieren zu können.

the problem is the same as before: the upgrade with Media creation tool was not successful. I didn't find NetGroup Packet Filter Driver (devolo) and IObit System care (search via windows apps and ccleaner and cortana). I just uninstalled the devolo app.

I don't understand the whole thing, because the Windows version 1709 runs fine.

I remember that changing from windows 7 to windows 8 caused problems with the graphics card. That's why I recently updated the graphics card driver. The BIOS is as of 14.02.2012. In April 2012 there was probably a driver update. But that shouldn't be
the problem, because the computer runs without an update until today.
