Bluescreen Crash during installation of KB2267602.

This happened to me three times now. I am running Windows 10 Pro and never had any problems regarding windows updates. After windows has crashed the report looks like this:

Beschreibung:
Das System wurde neu gestartet, ohne dass es zuvor ordnungsgemäß heruntergefahren wurde. Dieser Fehler kann auftreten, wenn das System nicht mehr reagiert hat oder abgestürzt ist oder die Stromzufuhr unerwartet unterbrochen wurde.

After rebooting, windows tells me to install the update again. I did this three times now and during or a little bit after that windows crashes.
Do any of you know what I should be doing?
