Windows 10 Install

Hello Community
i got myself a selfmade PC which has this parts:
CPU:Intel Core I5-6600 3.3Ghz
Motherboard: Asus H170 Pro

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16Gb (2x8Gb)
SSD: Sandisk Plus 480Gb
Graphiccard: Geforce GTX 1070
Power Supply: EVGA Supernova 550

have everything assembled and wanted to install Windows10, but which turns out to be more difficult than expected.
I can enter the BIOS quite normal, there i see my CPU, both RAM's and the SSD. I've tried to install Windows10 with a bootable USB, a bootable CD too, but the Windows installation aborts always at expanding the data.

One Time at 32% or 54% or 74%. The Errorcode is different, one time it's "non page fault in nonpaged area" or "dpc watchdog violation" or "kernel security check failure".

I tried most of the ideas i found in forums, like changing slot of the RAM, unloading the BIOS-Battery, formatting the SSD,
Hab schon fast alle Ideen von Forumen durch, RAM auf einen anderen Steckplatz,BIOS-Batterie rausgenommen, SSD neu formatiert,suspended the keyboard during installation, suspended the Graphiccard.

Maybe you got some other ideas or had this problem
