KaiOS in Nokia 800: app for talking clock function?

I didn't find the Nokia 800 in the selection options so chose Nokia X


I'm considering to buy a Nokia 800 https://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_800_tough-9835.php , not least because of its capability to connect my notebook to it with a USB cable, so I can surf on 3G/4G with the notebook cable-connected - much of the industry is nowadays trying to make us believe that a 'hotspot' is the one thing to solve all our internet needs...

The principal reason I haven't done it yet is that I have several other requirements, all of which seem to be met - except one: I want a talking-clock function, for when I wake up during the night to push a button and then get the time spoken to me. This ought to be a standard, just like a camera for people who are not photographers but would like to be able to take the odd shot.

I have such a function on my Nokia E5: Years ago, I found an app writer in Indonesia, and he sent me such an app for Symbian. Now I see the operating system here is KaiOS, so I would think this can be done for the 800 just as it was done for the E5. But I don't find any such app writers.

Would be thankful for any tips leading me to my goal.
