Mit Windows 10 Version 20h2 funktioniert mein sysprep nicht mehr

Nach der Umstellung von Windows 10 Version 1909 auf Windows 10 Version 20h2 funktioniert mein sysprep nicht mehr.


Es kommt die Meldung "Von Sysprep konnte die Windows-Installation nicht überürüft werden."


Hat vielleicht jemand eine Idee, ich würde mich freuen.
