Standard warranty in Switzerland is 2 years.

Responsible for warranty is the seller, not the manufacturer!

Depending on the case, there are three possibilities with which a seller may react:

1 Refund, partial

2 Full refund, equivalent to annulment of sales contract.

3 Attempt to repair, including replacement by equivalent (!).

If repair is unfeasible (for instance due to long duration) or repeatedly unsuccessful, the claimant may insist on annulment.

Caution: If item was bought from third party seller and warranty is claimed directly from the manufacturer, this can be interpreted by the seller as a waiver of his responsibility. So do not let the seller refer you to Microsoft directly!

Warranty prolongations are often offered by the seller. They are also available from insurance companies, tailored to your needs and often cheaper than MS Complete.

MS Complete is not available in Switzerland for devices bought from third parties, only when the device was bought from the Microsoft store.

Kommst Du noch in Windows rein? Warum wurde die Wiederherstellung notwendig? Wenn Du noch in Windows rein kommst, dann solltest Du mal das hier: Erweiterte Datenträgerbereinigung unter Windows 10 durchführen, damit vielleicht der notwendige Platz freigegeben wird.

Die Angabe "Acer Warrenty Period and Type" sollte Dir sagen, dass das keine Bezeichnung des Gerätes sein kann. "Acer Warranty Period and Type" kann nämlich allenfalls die Überschrift auf der Acer Webseite über dem Absatz sein, in dem die Garantie erklärt wird. Also schau bitte auf dem Gerät selbst nach und liefere uns wenigstens die Produktbezeichnung.
