Win 10 1703 auf 1709 updaten bricht bei 45 % ab

hi bei mir bricht die installation immer bei 45% ab : 0xC1900101 - 0x30018 Die installation war nicht erfolgreich. In der Phase First_Boot ist während des Vorgangs SYSPREP ein Fehler aufgetreten.

( Hab schon einiges ausprobiert alles was man quasi so im internet findet wie virenscanner deinstallieren, Treiber aktualisieren , usb geräte entfernen etc.)


ich hänge mal die setuperr.log hier mit rein kann damit leider nicht so viel anfangen ich hoffe mir kann da jemand helfen laut Microsoft Support chat würde nur eine neu installation von Win10 helfen was ich aber ungern tun würde.
