Windows 10 vs. WMD

Seit heute bekomme wenn ich Windows 10 starten will immer folgende Anzeige:

Windows Memory Diagnostics (WDM) could not process the system memory map. This occurred because of deficiencies within WMD, not the Computer. As a result,

not all of the computer memory will be tested. The specific problem was:

The memory map contained ranges that extended above four gigabytes.​

Verbaut im Rechner sind 8 GB. Auf Laufwerk 0 sind XP und Windows 10 installiert.

1 Windows 7.

XP und 7 laufen einwandfrei. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit das Tool WDM abzuschalten oder weis jemand eine Lösung für mein Problem.
