Hello, I'm a lecturer on a fee basis (Academy for Banks for over 18 years) and until the beginning of March 2019 I was absolutely thrilled with the Surface Book. Especially in the seminar, the device was used (privately by me) and because of my enthusiasm also made advertising. Unfortunately, this enthusiasm has changed and after a long hesitation I have to write now. I have how many, the 2 rechargeable battery is no longer loaded. (tried everything - the connection points cleaned / new and of course tested by Microsoft charging station / plug and more since March 2019 after the warranty has expired.) Then I also noticed that certain updates were not run / installed and also here (I am not a specialist) I've reset the Surface Book and reinstalled everything according to her instructions I can not understand ---- If there are these problems with the battery / update etc. why is there no alternative eg new purchase for you and for the old device a "good / appropriate". Something like this has never happened to me that my enthusiasm from a techn. Again I'm not a specialist for your programs and have always run all updates - I also have a subscription to the programs, because I expect more support. Maybe you check out, the idea with the exchange at the new purchase so that the complaints in the Internet can be solved harmoniously. My problem does not seem to be an isolated case. Thanks!
