Kann windows 10 nicht upgraden

Auf 4 Pc`s bekomme ich das Windows 10 upgrade einfach nicht hin- weder das mediacreation tool startet(legt nur einen windows ~wt-Ordner an...), noch das setup, obwohl die "blaue" Meldung erscheint, dass windows jetzt bereit steht: sobald ich die setup.exe starte, erscheint: temporäre dateien werden kopiert, dann bricht das setup ab - es erscheint wieder windows installieren, dann weden fast alle dateien im ~BT- Ordner gelöscht und der Download beginnt von neuem... pro Pc bisher ca. 70GB! Was ist da los?
